I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sunny Side Café in South Australia, and it was an absolute delight! The café offers an impressive variety of dietary options, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and non-vegetarian dishes. I absolutely loved their fresh tacos, the egg benedict with pork belly, and the smashed avocado, all of which were flavorful and beautifully presented. The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring that all dietary needs were met with care and attention. Overall, Sunny Side Café provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for anyone with specific dietary requirements.

Setting and ambiance of the cafe was awesome and it’s decorated beautifully. Food was all good, prices were quite high. Had the avocado and the eggs Benny. Fresh juice was great and the smoothie was decorated lovely. Service was very good but everything took quite some time to come out, it was quite busy though, so understandable. Would recommend making a booking. Would go again

Nice location, spacious inside with plenty of sitting areas. We sat inside at the back in the room with the fireplace. Now, please put some numbers on the tables so the waitresses know where to deliver drinks and food. They were so confused and kept coming to our table offering things that we didn't order and going back and forth trying to work out which table they belong to. I felt sorry for them. Also, maybe wearing a uniform or even an apron would be nice so customers know who works there. All the young waitresses with casual clothes walking around with coffees etc doesn't look professional at all. Service was a bit annoying due to the confusion with tables. Coffee was good I must say. Food was also okay. I had the pancakes, not the best but good enough. Overall, a decent place that has potential with room for improvement.

Three of us booked into Sunnyside Cafe for a Saturday morning breakfast, and it couldn’t have been a better start to the weekend. We all ordered the Eggs Benedict, and honestly—10/10 across the board. Perfectly poached eggs, rich hollandaise, and beautifully balanced flavours. The coffees were absolutely on point—smooth, strong, and made exactly right. You can tell the baristas know what they’re doing. The staff were fantastic: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Combine that with great food, great coffee, and a relaxed, warm atmosphere, and you’ve got a place that’s hard to beat. Highly recommend Sunnyside Cafe for anyone wanting a top-quality breakfast experience.

Location is great, by the beach side and free 3 hours parking by the beach which is unheard of in Melbourne. $6.50 for large latte and $7 for a pot of chai not too bad. All the food are freshly prepared and ingredients are fresh, the burger’s fries prob most stand out, I did requested my bagel to be toasted but it wasn’t. Other than that I was happy with the food, and the coffee was smooth. It has a great ambient, chic beach house feel to it, all the food are Instagram worthy.

We had a Baby Shower here with 18 people, the place was packed but Liam and the team managed it splendidly. The food was delicious; all came out together. A+. Liam was also amazing to work with, with all my queries for the shower including what we can and can't bring/set up etc. SUPER Helpful :)
